Massage therapy is healthcare. You don’t tip your healthcare provider. Transparency matters. Tipping clouds the cost of the session. Tipping is stressful. Massage therapy is meant to decrease stress, not increase it.

It separates stuck tissue using plastic cups that create negative pressure (lifting) to release tension, decrease pain, and increase range of motion.

Yes, your session on the table will be a full 60 minutes. Please plan to have 10-15 minutes before and after your session.

That’s a normal, natural, parasympathetic response. However, please note that it is never the goal of any session. Massage therapists reserve the right to terminate the session immediately for any sexual advances, innuendos, or inappropriate touching.

I program 4 - 6 weeks out for every individual client. A 30 day notice ensures I'm still being compensated for the backend programming of your sessions.
